In the video below, it can be seen that on October 26, 2023, Suav St. Paul Vaj, also known as Soua Vang and Tooj Kub Vaj, met with his associates, Ntsuab Zeb Vaj and Ntsuab Vaj Vaj, and community leaders, Vang Thai and Vam Txoov Vaj, to discuss his conduct toward his former wife’s family, particularly Chue Wang Xiong and Vaming Xiong. During that discussion, the leaders advised Suav St. Paul Vaj (also known as Soua Vang and Tooj Kub Vaj) to immediately stop his malicious actions against his former wife and her family. Suav agreed to comply with their request. This agreement and message were subsequently communicated to his former wife’s family on October 29, 2023.

Despite promising community leaders that he would stop, Suav St. Paul Vaj, also known as Soua Vang and Tooj Kub Vaj, continued his campaign against his former wife’s family. He repeatedly reposted and republished both his own content and content created by others on his Facebook timeline. He also relied on individuals including Tsucheng Vang, Haam Nkaaj, Kapu Tojsab, Mai Xiong, Pov Xiong, Tubntsuag Yaj, and others to publish and amplify negative statements about family members. Rather than resolving the conflict as promised, he continued using social media to attack and discredit members of the family.

According to his daughter, Penny Vang, his conduct contributed to the breakdown of his family relationships. As she stated, “…this man has chased away his own family due to bad parenting, mistrust, deceit, physical abuse, and because he refuses to believe he’s ever wrong.”

Rather than reflecting on these concerns and changing his behavior, Suav St. Paul Vaj continued to target the Xiong family, particularly Chue Wang Xiong and Vaming Xiong. As shown below, he repeatedly reposted, republished, and amplified accusations and personal attacks across his Facebook timeline, including both his own statements and those made by third parties. The frequency and persistence of these posts demonstrate a continuing effort to discredit and attack Chue Wang Xiong and Vaming Xiong rather than move forward and end the dispute.
